Fee restructuring is under consideration.  Based on Q1s loss, fees were reduced for April and incentives were continued in order to offer the lowest possible fees and attract more business.  Unfortunately that strategy has failed and an unacceptable loss appears to be imminent.  Therefore, baring a significant improvement over the next few weeks, most incentives may be removed from multi-session plans and hourly purchases will be discontinued for new clients by
